Hey there, my wonderful friend! At Deskello, we've got your back with our hassle-free 30-day return policy. We believe that happiness and comfort go flipper in flipper, so we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

To kickstart the return process, just shoot us an email at hi@deskello.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the steps and even provide you with a return shipping label. We're all about making things easy for you, because that's what penguin pals do!

Remember, we can only accept returns if the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same pengu-tastic condition as when you received it. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase, so we can swiftly process your return and get you sorted.

If you come across any issues like a defective item, damage, or if you receive the wrong package (we apologize, sometimes our flippers can get a little confused), please let us know right away. We'll jump into action to make things right, because your satisfaction is our top priority.

While we're all about spreading love and joy, there are a few exceptions to our return policy. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items like beauty products, unfortunately, can't be returned for obvious reasons. And hey, just a heads-up, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable too. Safety first, right?

If you're looking to exchange an item, the fastest way is to go ahead with the return process as mentioned earlier, and then simply make a separate purchase for the new item you desire. That way, you'll have a smooth and seamless experience, just like sliding on ice!

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If all goes swimmingly, we'll automatically process the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too, but rest assured, we're here to make sure everything goes swimmingly.
